Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Strong project management background overseeing complex construction projects (heavy civil, energy, infrastructure).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop project managers, construction managers, or superintendents.
• Strong understanding of project financial management: budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ability to analyze project data, identify risks, and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites and client locations.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: manage day-to-day EPS construction operations with Head of Construction.
• Project Oversight: lead PMs/Construction Managers/Superintendents; identify risks and blockers.
• Financial Management & Forecasting: oversee monthly forecasts, budgets, margins, and financial health.
• People Leadership & Mentorship: mentor field leaders and develop career paths.
• Talent & Staffing: identify hiring needs and participate in interviews.
• Business Development: build client relationships and support proposals.
