Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving seeks a director to lead our Ames, IA branch. You will independently manage operations with ongoing corporate training and support to drive growth and client satisfaction.

You will recruit, schedule staff, manage referrals, and build relationships with hospitals, hospices, and senior living facilities while maintaining the branch budget and culture.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead the Ames branch.
• Receive ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure shifts are properly staffed; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create a workplace of choice by setting standards and motivating the team.

Responsibilities:

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

Business Development:Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Referral building:Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).

Staffing and Scheduling:Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.

In-home Assessments:Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management:Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.

Cultivating Culture:Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Full-time M-F
• Base salary $80,000with an additional 20% quarterly cash profit share
