Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and establish our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as healthcare/non-profit operations leader (FQHC etc)
• 2+ years of experience in a senior management position.
• Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Master’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, specifically a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or a community health center.
• Familiarity with the requirements of the Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
• Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
