The Role: What You’ll Own

1. AI Agent & Workflow Automation

Design, implement, and manage AI agents for sales, support, onboarding, and back-office operations.

Build and deploy automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or custom APIs to replace repetitive tasks.

Continuously monitor and refine automation systems to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

Serve as the architect of operational AI systems that scale across multiple ventures.

Own and evolve our integrated tech stack (Rental Car Manager, Slack, Trello, Jotform, Webflow, Helpwise, Twilio, etc.).

Source and implement new AI/automation tools to increase productivity and reduce manual workload.

Ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and compliance across ventures.

Collaborate with marketing to optimize AI-assisted conversion funnels, analytics, and ad performance.

3. Cross-Venture Operational Leadership

Partner directly with the CEO (Head of Growth) and COO (Head of Operations) on scaling initiatives.

Collaborate with teams across our portfolio companies to automate processes and standardize workflows.

Translate business goals into operational systems powered by AI, automation, and SOPs.

Create playbooks that allow businesses to scale rapidly without growing headcount.

What Success Looks Like

AI agents handle 70−80% of inbound support and routine internal tasks within 6 months.

Onboarding time for new customers and employees is cut in half via AI-guided systems.

New ventures launched with automated core operations from day one.

Each team operates with minimal manual overhead and maximum clarity.

Who You Are

You’re an automation-first operator who sees AI as the default solution to every repetitive task.

You have experience in operations at startups, venture studios, or scaling companies.

You understand how to blend business logic with smart systems and AI to drive exponential impact.

You’re a creative problem solver with a builder’s mindset and bias for action.

You can manage both the tech side (tools, systems) and the human side (change management, adoption).
