Job summary

Uline seeks a Director of Operations to lead the Ontario, CA campus, overseeing 700+ employees across warehouse, customer service and sales operations. You will drive strategy, optimize performance and ensure legendary customer service at one of North America’s largest facilities.

You will directly manage senior leaders, shape performance standards, and partner with corporate teams to align objectives with growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading large employee teams (500+) across multiple functions.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong background in operational leadership and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in B2B or e-commerce environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership across warehouse, customer service and sales operations, driving results and upholding company standards.
• Build, develop and lead a team of 700+ employees, including senior leaders, with a focus on performance and talent development.
• Drive operational excellence using data and reporting to identify opportunities and maintain service levels.
• Establish clear goals and expectations across all levels, reinforcing Uline’s standards and customer-first culture.
• Lead operational audits, performance reviews and continuous improvement across functions.
• Partner with corporate leaders to align strategy with business objectives.
