Absolute Services in Worthington, KY is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all trade activities, lead a skilled team, and ensure top-notch service for customers.

You will manage dispatch, bookkeeping tasks, fleet care, and staff development, driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in skilled trades, military, or a similar industry.
• Residential HVAC experience.
• Exceptional business and operational acumen.
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to meet and exceed company goals.
• A visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• A valid driver's license (because we are on the move!).
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.

• Lead the Charge: Oversee all trade activities and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently, making sure we deliver on our promises to customers.
• Drive Success: Steer operational performance and ensure compliance, keeping everything on track and focused on excellence.
• Build a Winning Team: From hiring to training, you will lead the way in developing a high-performing team.
• Hold the Team Accountable: Ensure that everyone follows company policies, procedures, and strives for continuous improvement.
• Tackle Customer Requests: Address and resolve customer concerns with a can-do attitude, ensuring their experience is always top-notch.
• Create a Safe & Efficient Environment: Establish and maintain a safe, effective, and well-organized work environment for all team members.
• Manage Dispatchers: Ensure smooth dispatch operations, keeping everything on schedule and ensuring no customer is left waiting.
• Handle the Numbers: Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and accurately.
• Manage Our Fleet: Keep our fleet in tip-top shape, ensuring that vehicles are maintained and ready to go whenever needed.
