Absolute Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air in Denver, CO is seeking an HVAC service technician with 2-5 years of experience to diagnose, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. This role offers uncapped pay with a wide range ($70,000-$120,000 OTE), a company truck, gas card, phone, tablet, uniform, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years HVAC service experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or trade-school certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.

• Demonstrate problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training.

What YOU Will Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS

What YOU Will Bring

• 2-5 Years HVAC service experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid drivers’ license
