The Role

Archive Health is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the day-to-day execution of our growing onsite and virtual clinic network. This individual will serve as the operational lead translating big-picture strategy into scalable, high-quality delivery. A successful candidate will bring deep experience working with companies that provide onsite or near-site healthcare services to employers, and be adept at driving complex projects from ideation to implementation.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the successful launch and ongoing management of onsite, near-site, shared, mobile, and virtual employer-based health clinics.
• Lead cross-functional project management efforts across clinic operations, technology, process development, communications, and marketing, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Drive the end-to-end project lifecycle: scoping, timelines, delegation, resourcing, performance metrics, and retrospectives.
• Strategize and assist with building out/onto our delivery model, refining workflows, supporting the rapid deployment of new clinic locations and programs.
• Partner with the C-Suite/executive leadership to translate growth plans into operational execution, identifying and mitigating risks across business functions.
• Works closely with sales team to prospect and provide supporting data in presentations to potential customers and clients.
• Ensure clinic operations meet all compliance, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the operational bridge between our executive team and clinic staff.
• Manage operational budgets, analyze financial data, and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining service quality.
• Build and refine SOPs to support clinic onboarding, provider workflows, and partner coordination.
• Implement continuous improvement processes based on performance metrics and feedback from staff, providers, and employer partners.
• Support partnership development and operational readiness for new employer contracts.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on contract management and risk oversight.
• Prepare presentations and operational updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years in a senior operational management role within onsite or employer-sponsored healthcare clinic organizations required.
• Demonstrated ability scaling operational systems and leading multi-site healthcare delivery teams.
• Strong background in healthcare project management, especially in opening new clinics or launching new services required.
• Skilled in using data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Hands-on experience managing departmental budgets and meeting margin targets.
• A confident communicator with exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
• Excellent communicator, verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and flexible, excited to learn new systems and jump into evolving needs.
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and juggles multiple priorities with ease.
  
  

USA Pay Range: $175,000 USD - $200,000 USD
