Job summary

MomentIQ Inc., based in California, seeks a Director of Operations to own the systems, processes, staffing, and tooling behind Brand LIVE, Affiliate, Paid, and Client Services, enabling scale for a growing portfolio of brands.

You will report to the CEO and turn chaotic operations into repeatable, measurable, and margin-friendly processes, leveraging automation and AI in a hybrid setup with studios in Sherman Oaks.

Qualifications

• Operations leader from a TikTok Shop Partner agency, a high-growth social commerce brand, or a comparable fast-scaling agency
• Built the systems and teams behind 7-8 figure TikTok Shop programs
• Fluent in TikTok Shop mechanics, hands-on in Monday and Airtable, and using AI to do more with less

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence and executive reporting
• Oversee client onboarding/offboarding and contract operations with Client Services
• Create a single source of truth across Monday, Airtable, Drive, and internal platform
• Lead automation and AI workflows to scale output beyond headcount
• Handle capacity planning, recruiting, and onboarding for execution teams
• Advise on billing, margin, and AR

The Role

MomentIQ is looking for a Director of Operations. This is a senior leadership seat: you run the engine behind everything we deliver. Reporting to the CEO, you'll own the systems, processes, staffing, and tooling that let our Brand LIVE, Affiliate, Paid, and Client Services teams execute at scale for a portfolio of brands that keeps getting bigger. You'll take what lives in people's heads and make it repeatable, measurable, and on margin.

What You'll Own

• The operating cadence: weekly business reviews and the executive reporting the company runs on
• Client onboarding, offboarding, and contract operations, working with Client Services
• One connected source of truth across Monday, Airtable, Drive, and our internal platform
• Automation and AI workflows that let output grow faster than headcount
• Capacity planning, recruiting, and onboarding for execution teams
• A consulted voice on billing, margin, and AR

You Are

• An operations leader from a TikTok Shop Partner agency, a high-growth social commerce brand, or a comparable fast-scaling agency
• Someone who has built the systems and teams behind 7-8 figure TikTok Shop programs
• Fluent in TikTok Shop mechanics, hands-on in Monday and Airtable, and already using AI to do more with less
• A systems thinker who turns chaos into process and process into dashboards
• Humble and high-output, ready to spend 3-5 years building something you own
• Someone we're excited to work with every day

Compensation

This is a full-time salaried role with a competitive base, performance bonus tied to operational efficiency and delivery, and equity compensation. This job is hybrid, with our studios located in Sherman Oaks, CA.
