Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Director of Operations in Portland to lead teams of customer service and operations associates. The Director will play a critical role in improving the productivity of Schneider’s fleet and will collaborate with various teams to automate and enhance processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least seven years in transportation or logistics, with an operations background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field is required.
• Minimum seven years of transportation or logistics experience is required.
• Operations background is preferred.
• Able to foster productive relationships with internal and external customers.
