Job summary

A leading personal care contract manufacturer is seeking a Consultant in New Jersey. This role requires a Director-level candidate with over 10 years of experience in Bulk Manufacturing and Engineering, managing teams and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and expertise in Color Cosmetics or Skincare.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in personal care contract manufacturing.
• Industry knowledge in Color Cosmetics, Skincare or similar products.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations, process engineering and equipment maintenance.
• Implement process improvements to drive cost efficiencies and production.
• Manage Safety procedures, Quality Assurance and cGMP Compliance.
