Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in production and/or maintenance management within films, packaging, plastics, or related manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading complex manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong focus on safety, reliability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field preferred.

As MSE continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced operations leader to help shape what comes next.

The Opportunity:

The Director of Operations will provide strategic leadership across MSE's Production and Maintenance functions, with responsibility for operational performance, manufacturing efficiency, equipment reliability, process discipline, safety, and continuous improvement.

This is a high-level leadership position for someone who can think strategically while staying connected to the realities of the manufacturing floor. The right candidate will be expected to strengthen systems, establish accountability, develop leaders, improve operational consistency, and build the infrastructure needed to support MSE's continued growth.

This person will work closely with MSE's leadership team and cross-functional departments to align operations with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Production and Maintenance operations across MSE's manufacturing facilities.

• Proven experience leading complex manufacturing operations and cross‑functional teams.
• A track record of improving processes, performance, and accountability.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, equipment, and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
