Job summary

Steampunk in McLean, VA seeks a Director of Operations to lead federal IT services delivery. You will own P&L for the sector, shape delivery strategy, and build a high-performing team of program and project leaders.

You will mentor PMs, collaborate with sales, contracts, and finance on proposals, and recruit top leadership for client delivery teams. Security clearance is a must.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program and/or Operations Director/VP experience leading federal IT services work across multiple agencies/components
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance
