Job summary

Steampunk, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to drive end-to-end operational delivery across our federal IT services sector in the McLean area. You will lead program, project, and technical leaders, shaping client delivery and performance while nurturing leadership talent for scalable growth.

The role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, proven P&L accountability, and ability to collaborate across sales, contracts, and finance to pursue new contracts and deliver client delight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program and/or Operations Director/VP experience leading federal IT services work across multiple agencies/components.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance.
• Experience collaborating with sales, business development, recruiting, contracts, and finance.

The projected compensation range for this position is $180,000 to $250,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
