Role Description

The Director of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN. This position oversees day-to-day operational activities, including workforce planning, job assignment coordination, and process optimization across construction and environmental staffing services. This role is to be the engine between our sales and service teams. Our sales team wins the client and the job order; our recruiting and service team fills it and keeps it running. You'll own everything in between.

This is a builder role. You'll turn a growing company's day-to-day into clear processes, clean data, and measurable results, so every order is filled quickly, every handoff is clean, and every client gets a consistent experience.
