Keurig Dr Pepper in Houston seeks a Director of Sales Operations to lead strategic analysis and execution for the North Houston DSD facility, driving safety, quality, delivery and productivity while developing field personnel.
You will manage OTA improvements, regulatory compliance, and cost-per-case targets, with cross-functional leadership and minimal travel. A strong background in warehouse, inventory and delivery management is essential.
The Director of Sales Operations drives strategic analysis, execution, and organizational development to achieve financial and non-financial goals in addition to creating a lean mindset throughout the assigned DSD facility to improve safety, productivity and performance through standardization and process discipline. This role is accountable for the development of field personnel and achieving performance objectives in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Growth.
