Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and client contracts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and internal controls.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify process improvements, and reduce fraud/loss exposure.
• Support client communications, dispute resolution, and escalated collections efforts.
• Oversee onboarding, invoice purchasing, and funding accuracy.
• Approve wires/payments and ensure proper application of loan payments and adjustments.
• Participate in credit committee meetings and provide risk insights.
• Manage departmental budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with sales and accounting to support account growth and smooth cross-department workflows.
• Ensure staff training and system utilization.
• Lead team-building initiatives, manage managers, and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
