Responsibilities

  • Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.
  • Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
  • Oversees safe operations in oil refinery applications, including pipelines.
  • Conducts site surveys, liaises closely with clients to ascertain specific technical requirements in order that accurate project estimates can be compiled.
  • Prepares pre-bid work method statements, work plans and resource requirements.
  • Ensure that projects are carried out with due regard to contractual requirements, corporate quality standards and commercial cost/revenue obligations.
  • Responsible for P&L and customer invoice review.
  • Responsible for strategic planning and market strategy.
  • Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets for the organization to achieve financial objectives.
  • Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to supervisors; for major changes, meets with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.
  • Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
  • Leads coordination and integration of efforts with the organization to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
  • Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the hiring and training of supervisory staff.
  • Conducts briefing orientation to all inexperienced workers of the proper usage of USA DeBusk assets.
  • Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of departmental Supervisors.
  • Evaluates performance and mentors employees.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
  • 10+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
