Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Operations for a dairy manufacturing facility in Buffalo. The role is responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction and operational performance across production, maintenance, engineering, quality, sanitation, warehousing, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality dairy products.

• 10+ years of plant leadership experience in dairy manufacturing.
• Experience with aseptic or ESL dairy processing.
• Strong background in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and operational excellence.
• Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and plant-level financials.
• Proven ability to lead large teams across operations, engineering, quality, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated success improving efficiency, cost, and production performance.
• Strong technical understanding of UHT, ESL, and filling/packaging systems.
