Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington seeks a Director of Operations to lead daily clinic activities, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence across our Washington footprint. You will oversee clinical teams, budgets, training, and compliance with accrediting bodies while partnering with leadership on scalable processes.

We expect strong credentials in accounting/finance, EMR/EHR familiarity, and 5+ years in behavioral health operations. Final compensation will reflect experience and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the Behavioral Health Industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
• Strong planning skills.
• Leadership Experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management aligned with mission and values.
• Collaborate on growth strategies and process implementation.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance clinical team.
• Serve as lead client-care liaison with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper training for team members.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with licensing bodies.
• Manage finances including budgets and department expenses.
• Oversee safety of employees and clients.
• Maintain and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Support crisis intervention with the clinical team.

What Youll Do

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors the company's adopted mission and core values
• Collaborate with leadership on the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes
• Motivate and lead a high-performance clinical team
• Act as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with every client and stakeholder
• Ensure proper training for team members
• Verify adherence to the timely documentation process
• Work with leadership to ensure compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies
• Work alongside management to ensure company finances are in order, including approval of all department expenses and budgets
• Oversee and manage the safety of employees and clients
• Conduct tours of the facility as needed
• Stay in communication with referral sources and families
• Collaborate with leadership on compliance and quality assurance projects
• Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Work with the clinical team to facilitate crisis intervention
• Ensure adherence to medication policy and procedure

Requirements
