Job summary

Large food manufacturer in Tampa, FL is seeking a Director of Operations to join our senior management team. You will oversee day-to-day plant operations, manage the budget, ensure compliance, and address administrative issues at a 1000+ employee facility.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, with extensive experience in food manufacturing leadership, strategic planning, and a track record of building productive cultures. Relocation package available.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in food manufacturing plant management with at least 2 years as a plant manager/director.
• Experience managing in a very large manufacturing environment, minimum 1000 employees.
• USDA experience- meat or frozen foods are the best backgrounds.
• Strategic planning experience.
• Track record of success and creating productive cultures.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
