Qualifications

• 9+ years of technology operations experience, including leadership of managers/senior professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep expertise with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience supporting large-scale, highly available, mission-critical platforms.
• Strong background in SRE, platform operations, incident management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on with observability/monitoring tools like Grafana and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of AIDLC/DevSecOps, automation, and AI-driven operational solutions.
• Proven incident leadership, governance, risk management, and exec communications.

This leader will be responsible for driving availability, reliability, incident management, observability, automation, technical resiliency and operational maturity while leading high-performing operations and reliability teams.
