Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, systems or CI.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent; Black Belt preferred.
• 10+ years in Lean Six Sigma with project leadership experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis and tools (Minitab, Power BI, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead the CI strategy, roadmap, and operating system across the organization.
• Identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact improvement opportunities.
• Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven performance management.
• Coach leaders and build CI capability across sites and functions.
• Establish governance, metrics, and sustainment of improvements.
