Viragon LLC? Viracon LLC in Minnesota leads the deployment of the Apogee Management System (AMS) across manufacturing sites, driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements.

The Director will coach leaders and engineers in CI practices and work with multiple functions to execute strategic initiatives. The role requires a strong Lean background, 10+ years in manufacturing, and the ability to travel up to 30% including occasional trips to Kalwall Enterprises in Manchester, NH.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing or industrial operations with track record of improvements.
• Proven ability to implement and sustain CI programs across sites.
• Experience leading cultural transformation and cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and sustainment of the AMS across facilities.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, throughput, scrap reduction and cost gains.
• Coach leaders, engineers and operators in CI practices and standard work.
• Partner with plant leadership to prioritize and execute initiatives.
• Utilize Kaizen, A3, PDCA, DMAIC, TPM, SMED and visual management.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead change management to embed solutions in daily ops.
• Track performance results and cost savings.
• Develop a high-performing CI team.
