Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement to drive enterprise-wide process optimization and quality initiatives.

This executive will lead cross-functional teams, champion lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and build a high-performing CI organization aligned with strategic goals. The role focuses on reducing waste, improving performance, and sustaining a culture of operational excellence across the company, with an emphasis on measurable results and regulatory

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with 10 years of specific CI experience required.
• Technical undergraduate degree, such as engineering or equivalent required.
• Advanced certifications in lean, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies; Six Sigma Master Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide CI strategies aligned with company goals with measurable results.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, analyze processes, and prioritize improvement initiatives.
• Champion lean, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies to streamline processes and improve quality.
• Build, train, and mentor a team dedicated to process improvement across the organization.
• Oversee CI management system implementation, with performance metrics and goals.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and proactive problem solving across functions.
• Monitor and lead company-wide CI efforts using KPIs and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in across the company.
• Lead change management to reduce friction and minimize churn.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes, aiming for external CI awards.
