Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressive healthcare management experience.
• Experience working in a multispecialty clinic environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of systems framework, stewardship and total quality management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct resources across multiple clinic sites.
• Foster collaboration with physicians, leaders and external partners.
• Serve as service line liaison to achieve Physician Group goals and satisfaction.
• Build relationships with medical staff and management to fulfill accountabilities.
• Collaborate with payors, community leaders and agencies to execute strategic plans.
