Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressive healthcare management experience.
• Experience in a multispecialty clinic environment preferred.
• Strong systems framework knowledge, strategic thinking, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead resources across multiple clinic sites with full authority for day-to-day operations.
• Serve as administrative leader and patient advocate to achieve group goals and satisfaction.
• Build critical relationships with physicians, leaders, and external partners.
• Collaborate with medical staff and payors to execute strategic plans.
