Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in occupational therapy (master’s or doctorate preferred).
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Clearances including Act 73 FBI, Act 34 criminal clearance, and Act 33 child abuse clearance.
• Minimum five years of occupational therapy experience and three years of supervisory experience.
• Pediatric experience and experience with diverse populations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and administrative oversight of outpatient and early intervention OT programs.
• Ensure compliance with state licensure requirements, regulations, and county contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with health leadership and accounting to develop annual budget materials and monitor expenses.
• Oversee staffing patterns, maintain balanced caseloads, and support productivity targets.
• Evaluate programs and staff to drive continuous quality improvement and provide supervision.
• Coordinate orientation, training, and performance appraisals per organizational guidelines.
