Job summary

American Medical Associates is seeking a Director of Nursing (LTC) in South Carolina to lead all nursing staff, develop and implement nursing policy, and ensure high-quality resident care across the facility.

The DON will oversee hiring and retention, maintain adequate staffing, supervise staff conduct, monitor incidents, assess resident health needs, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Must have South Carolina RN license.
• Must have 3+ years of DON experience in long term care.
• Must have experience in long term care/skilled nursing.
• Must have experience as a Director of Nursing.
• Must have excellent leadership skills.
• Must be a self-starter and energetic.
• Proven Leadership & Management skills.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
