Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
- Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- 5 years of RN experience.
- Prior Director of Nursing or SNF leadership experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Clinical Department and ensure high standard of resident care.
- Set and attain Nursing Department goals and inspire the clinical team.
- Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department and foster a positive facility culture.
