Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current, valid nursing license in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.
• 3–5 years of geriatric/long-term/home care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the workflow for Wellness Manager, staff and volunteers.
• Act as Manager on Duty as scheduled.
• Screen new residents to determine level of care; conduct meet-and-greet sessions.
• Develop, implement and update DME and RASP documents per state regulations.
• Oversee medication management protocols to ensure safety and compliance.
• Communicate with health care providers, community agencies and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
