Position Overview:

We are seeking a Director of Nursing Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem/as-needed basis in a supervisory role. The RN will hold the title of Director of Nursing and be responsible for conducting initial intake/evaluations of clients before the start of care, follow-up calls after 30 days, and in-person evaluations every 60 days, adhering to the standards set by the New Jersey Board of Nursing. The RN will provide supervision for caregivers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial intake/evaluations of clients prior to the start of care.

• Follow up with clients via phone call after 30 days.

• Perform in-person evaluations every 60 days according to New Jersey Board of Nursing standards.

• Provide supervision for aides or caregivers taking care of clients.

• Create detailed plans of care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and detailed narrative evaluations of clients.

• Flexible scheduling to create your own schedule for evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey.

• Preferred: Malpractice insurance.

• Home care experience is preferred but not required.
