Job summary

The Director of Nursing (DON) at Violet Springs Health Campus oversees residents' health and manages the Nursing Services Department according to federal, state, and local regulations. They ensure quality care under the guidance of the Executive Director/Administrator and the Medical Director.

Located in Pickerington, OH, this role leads clinical teams, implements quality assurance programs, and participates in surveys to maintain compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, or advanced degree in Nursing.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license and CPR certification.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the nursing service department and its programs.
• Leads the clinical team with a focus on clinical and customer service excellence.
• Develops and maintains a quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
• Participates in facility surveys and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
