Qualifications

• Three to Five years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare/nursing administration.
• Active RN license in the state with unrestricted/non-probationary status.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Experience & Requirements

• Associate degree or RN Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing highly preferred.
• Three (3) to Five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in healthcare / nursing administration.
• Three (3) to Five (5) years of professional nursing experience.
• Active RN license in the state where the position is located with unrestricted/non-probationary status. Specialty certification (e.g., CCHP, ACHE) desired.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Requires critical thinking, organizational skills, decisive judgment, good communication, and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under stress, and take appropriate actions.
• Must follow YesCare and departmental policies and procedures.
• Subject to security clearance requirements.

• Recruiting, training, and onboarding staff.
• Providing ongoing education and training.
• Implementing new procedures and policies.
• Developing staff schedules and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensuring compliance with licensure, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
• Acting as liaison with external agencies.
• Maintaining accurate nursing records.
• Monitoring quality improvement activities.
• Fostering a professional environment for conflict resolution.
• Adhering to safety protocols.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
