Job summary

Center Point Healthcare and Rehab in Baton Rouge, LA seeks an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services, shape policy, and improve patient care across the facility.

The DON will oversee nursing practices, participate in strategic planning, and drive quality initiatives, staffing, and regulatory compliance. CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Louisiana RN licensure.
• Demonstrated leadership and management ability with 3–5 years nursing administration experience.
• Two years experience as director or associate director of a department of nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
