Job summary

Beloved Health and Rehabilitation Center in Missouri is seeking a Director of Nursing - Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team and ensure compassionate, high-quality resident care in a warm, family-friendly environment.

Requirements include an active Missouri RN license, at least 2 years in healthcare, and preferred supervisory experience. You will oversee assessments, care planning, staffing, budgeting, and QAPI reporting to support safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare.
• Preferred one year supervisory or management experience in healthcare.
• Strong leadership and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in selection and hiring, evaluation, disciplinary action, and training of nursing personnel.
• Monitoring nursing care and services provided on all shifts on a routine basis.
• Overseeing the resident assessment process and development of care plans.
• Assigning and approving work schedules and monitoring nursing activities across shifts.
• Consulting with Admissions or Administrator on admissions, room assignments, and discharge of residents.
• Consulting with Administrator on nursing budgets, clinical needs and purchases; overseeing ordering of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Preparing reports for QAPI meetings and developing clinical performance improvement plans.

• Preparing all relevant reports to present at QAPI meeting. Development, implementation, and documentation of clinical performance improvement plans.

Job Qualifications and Skills

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in good standing with Missouri
• Minimum 2 years experience in the health care field
• Preferred one year supervisory or management role in health care field.
• Possess leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
