Qualifications

• MO RN license required (Missouri).
• 2+ years nursing leadership experience (DON, ADON or supervisor).
• 5+ years in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred.
• Strong leadership, accountability and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of SNF regulations, surveys and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations (24/7 responsibility).
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards.
• Hire, train, and manage nursing staff.
• Drive clinical quality and improve patient outcomes.
• Oversee care plans and coordinate resident care.
• Participate in admissions and evaluate incoming residents.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
