PROJECT NEW GENERATION LLC in Arizona is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our AZDHHS-licensed home health program and DDD service line. You will oversee clinical operations, staff recruitment, care planning, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across both programs.

The role requires current Arizona RN license, several years of nursing leadership, and strong collaboration with the COO, physicians, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Arizona.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience; home health or community-based care preferred.
• Nursing leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with AZDHHS home health regulations and clinical compliance.
• Experience with DDD clients or HCBS settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience with pharmacy coordination and medication management protocols.
• Background checks and licensure clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all clinical operations of the AZDHHS-licensed home health program.
• Uphold and update clinical policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Ensure home health services comply with AZDHHS requirements and clinical best practices.
• Maintain survey readiness with complete clinical records and documentation.
• Oversee clinical quality assurance including chart audits and incident tracking.
• Coordinate medication management and pharmacy coordination across services.
