Job summary

Los Angeles Christian Health Centers is seeking a Nursing Director to oversee all nursing services across clinic locations, advance the Clinical Compliance Program, and lead continuous quality improvement efforts in coordination with the CMO, COO and HR director. Experience supervising other licensed and unlicensed nursing and support staff personnel.

Report development experience and policy & procedure development experience.
Knowledge of health care regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee nursing staff, MA supervisors, pharmacy technicians, population management coordinator, and nursing department volunteers.
Provide clinical and administrative supervision over clinic nurses and Medical Assistant Supervisors.
Provide administrative supervision over Pharmacy Technicians and clinical co-supervision with contracted pharmacists.
Develop and maintain the Clinical Compliance Program with senior leadership.
Lead the CQI program and serve on the Risk Management Team.
Participate in Leadership Team meetings and external relations.
