Qualifications

• Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 5 years of progressive nursing leadership and operational experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hospital float pool(s) and ensure best practices in patient flow and resource management.
• Facilitate communication across all levels of the organization regarding programmatic and throughput issues and keep leadership informed.
• Serve as subject matter expert for nursing informatics and interpretation.
• Coordinate and monitor long-range plans and annual budgets for assigned clinical areas and functions.
