Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required and RN license active.
• BLS certification required.
• 3 years of management experience and 2 years of clinical experience.
• Leadership/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational direction to a designated service line or group of departments.
• Partner with the Chief Nursing Officer to achieve clinical, operational and financial goals.
• Oversee budgeting, capital planning and staffing to meet patient care needs.
• Ensure staff competency, performance reviews and staff engagement.
• Maintain compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, CMS and other regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with physicians and system colleagues on clinical program goals.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and use metrics to drive improvements.
• Support professional development and mentorship across nursing teams.
