Job summary

Dukes Memorial Hospital in Peru, IN, is seeking a Nursing Administrator to provide strategic leadership for nursing services. You will direct staffing, budgeting, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance, reporting to the CNO and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve care delivery.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, budget management, and quality improvement experience within a hospital setting, with RN licensure and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

RN license in Indiana or eligibility.
BLS required; ACLS preferred or required.
Leadership experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Oversees nursing staffing, scheduling, and performance oversight.
Manages budgets and resource allocation across nursing units.
Develops and enforces nursing policies and regulatory compliance.
Partners with medical staff and leadership to optimize patient care.
