Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead clinical and medication programs across the community. You will collaborate with the Executive Director on clinical concerns and serve as a clinical resource to staff, ensuring high-quality resident care.

The role requires RN licensure, a nursing degree, and management experience in geriatric settings, with strong organizational and training abilities. On-call coverage is required.

Qualifications

• RN license required in the state of employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience.
• Experience in geriatric care and dementia care.
• Ability to train staff and implement systems.
• Basic computer skills (login/email/docs).

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to residents and manage care plans, discussing changes with physicians and families.
• Ensure timely assessments and accurate care plans in the EHR; coordinate with the Business Office Manager for billing.
• Maintain knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Be on-call for any shift as needed.
