Qualifications
- Active RN license in Illinois.
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong knowledge of skilled nursing and long-term care regulations.
- Knowledge of CMS and IDPH survey expectations.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the nursing department.
- Ensure nursing services comply with CMS, IDPH, and other regulations.
- Maintain survey readiness and participate in regulatory surveys and follow-up activities.
- Monitor clinical systems and enforce policies and procedures.
- Identify clinical risks and implement corrective actions.
