Brookestone View in Broken Bow, NE is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our Director of Nursing (DON). This leadership role provides strategic and operational oversight of all nursing services, driving high clinical standards and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff and fostering resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing operations and clinical services.
• Hire, develop, mentor, and support nursing staff members.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, Medicare requirements, and HIPAA standards.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical performance indicators.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation within electronic health record systems.
