AVIR Health Group seeks a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to join our family. The DON is responsible for the overall clinical management of the facility, focusing on resident and family needs, team building, and leadership to create a high-performing culture.

Qualified candidates will hold a Texas RN license and CPR certification, with at least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting and knowledge of long-term care regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards as set by Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
