Responsibilities

• Champion quality improvement and CMS/QAPI initiatives with data-driven enhancements.
• Foster accountability, coaching, and staff development across the nursing team.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and clinical priorities to support innovative care delivery.
