Qualifications

• Requires RN license (Registered Nurse) and CPR/First Aid.
• 1 year supervisory experience required.
• 2 years in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care with a hands-on management approach.
• Develop, review, and revise nursing and clinical policies.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions to ensure quality care.
• Lead in staff recruitment by interviewing qualified candidates.
