The Staff Pad in Alturas, CA, is partnering with a reputed critical-access hospital to hire a Director of Nursing (DON) for their Skilled Nursing Facility, with an additional SNF location opening soon.

This leadership role oversees nursing operations, ensures the highest level of resident care, and fosters a positive, team-oriented culture. The ideal candidate has California RN licensure, DON certification preferred, and proven leadership in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license and CPR certification.
• Director of Nursing certification preferred.
