You will oversee emergency management programs, drive service growth, and maintain continuous improvement across Patient Care Services and Emergency Management. Requires Florida RN licensure, BSN, and ER leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing/BSN.
• At least two years of healthcare management experience.
• At least two years of Emergency Room experience.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
• Strong clinical leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Global Placement Firm is recruiting a Director of Nursing - Emergency Services for a hospital leadership opportunity in Florida.

This role oversees the administrative and clinical operations of assigned Patient Care Services, ensuring quality, cost-effective care and regulatory compliance. The Director also leads the emergency management program to maintain disaster readiness and support safe, coordinated responses.

Required Certifications
